The charm of Prague is not limited to its wonderful architecture, the reflections of the bridges on the Vltava river and the magical atmosphere of the city.
Prague is also one of the European entertainment capitals.
Entertainment involving excellent craft beers, cocktail bars with panoramic views and nightclubs where you can jump all night long!
There is something for everyone in the city of a hundred towers.
You can fill your stomach with a plate of goulash with dumplings and when, after midnight, the city's restaurants close their doors, it means it's time to go and celebrate with a nice beer in some club!
The meeting area for tourists and young people of the area unfolds around Saint Wenceslas Square, in the attractive New Town district. If you are looking for something really cool, however, go to the old working-class neighborhood, a Zizkov, now full of bars and pubs.
Prague means beer!
On the other hand, the Czech Republic is home to beers, especially lager beers, or low fermentation beers. Can you give us a few names? Among the best known are the Pils, the Muncher, the Schwarz of German origin and the American Ice.
In Prague, beer is not only a must among local products, but it is also very cheap! And it is the focal point of Czech social life: after work the people of Prague meet in pubs to end the day in company and enjoy a good pivo, a nice glass of beer.
So if you too love the golden drink don't miss the best beer bars in the city:
The first place to drink good beer has a name that says it all: Prague Beer Museum. The Beer Museumboasts more than 30 types of draft beers from local artisan producers.
The beer bar has been so successful with locals and tourists that a second pub has been opened: the first is located in Náměstí Míru, Americká 341/43, Praha 2 and the second in Smetanovo Nabrezi 22, both open from Monday to Sunday from late morning until 3 am.

Here is another one: the BeerGeek Bar. A place that has made craftsmanship its motto. Everything in this pub, from the menus to the souvenirs, was made by hand by the owners!
With 32 beers on tap and more than 500 bottles in their collection, coming from all over the world, this is the right place to discover the flavours and different fragrances of this excellent foamy drink.
PS When you have had enough, remember to cover the mug with the coaster or the waiter will continue to serve you rivers of beer!
The beer is very good, okay, but it's time to taste some cocktails! And Prague certainly doesn't lack bars with excellent drink lists and 5-star reviews.
Let's start with Bugsy's Bar, one of the best in the industry and not surprisingly winner of many awards, offering 100 types of whisky, 90 of rum and even more types of vodka! And that's not all, the drink list has as many as 300 types of cocktails, from the most classic to the innovations of the expert bartenders! But where? In Pařížská 10 in Praha 1.
Another place to be counted is the Cloud 9 Sky Bar & Lounge: on the top floor of the Hilton Hotel in Pobrezni 1, a chic, rather stuffy environment with higher prices. Why is it worth it? Not only for the excellent drinks on offer and the superb DJ sets. But above all for the wonderful panoramic view of Prague! Absolutely not to be missed.

We drank, we surely nibbled on some snacks. Now it's time to dance! And Prague is full of discos and nightclubs where you can let your hair down until dawn!
Here are just some of them:
- Duplex, one of the best nightclubs in the world. It is a huge glass cube at the top of a building: a great panoramic location for a coffee with a view during the day, which at night turns into a fantastic dance floor!
PS Mick Jagger of the Rolling Stones, celebrated his 60th birthday here!

- The Karlovy Lazne: this time we are talking about the biggest disco in Europe, with 5 floors and 5 musical genres in the evening. It is here that the famous Prague Pub Crawl, the alcoholic tour that runs through Prague every night, ends!
- The Klub Lavka, in the heart of the city with a beautiful view of the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle.
- Finally, Mecca, one of the most popular venues set up in a large abandoned factory, which today houses some of the best-known world names in house and techno music.
